How can we as a community take a leadership role in reconciliation through music and storytelling? Why do we need to do this?

Walter MacDonald White Bear, a Cree flute player, singer songwriter and facilitator and Samantha Whelan Kotkas, a Classical trumpet player, storyteller and producer will discuss the work they have done for the National Arts Centre of Canada as a cross-cultural team touring in and around Alberta since 2013. Together they will explore these two questions and more. Come learn what they have done so you can start to lead authentically in your own communities and enrich your arts programs.
